Standard web log data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page
Usage data such as pages viewed, scroll depth and which buttons or tools you interact with
Inputs to interactive tools on the site, such as the volume and price values you set in our calculator, recorded without identifying you personally

Capture data

When we capture a property, we create 3D scan data, photographs, video and derived blueprints of that space. This material may incidentally include people, possessions or signage present at the time of capture. We work with clients to schedule captures so spaces are presented as intended.

To respond to inquiries, usually within seconds, by text and email
To schedule, deliver and support the capture and the services you purchase
To operate hosting, booking, follow-up and payment functions
To improve our website, our tools and the quality of our work
To send service updates, and where you have opted in, marketing messages
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

3. Automated messages and your consent

When you submit your phone number or email through our site, you are asking us to contact you about capturing your space. We may respond by automated text, email or voice. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a booking you have made.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers that operate parts of our stack — hosting, communications, scheduling, payments, analytics and advertising platforms — under agreements limiting their use of the data
Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, where necessary
Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights, safety or property
A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

5. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. Analytics and advertising providers may set their own cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some site functions may not work correctly if you do.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Capture data and blueprints belonging to a client are retained in line with that client's active subscription or their post-cancellation hosting arrangement.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of information collected and may opt out of any sharing that qualifies as a sale under state law — we do not sell personal information.

Our services are directed to businesses and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
